| As an active, hands-on venture partner, we prefer to get involved with early stage companies. We like to work closely with entrepreneurs and management to help build a great company.

| 2. | What is Walden Israel's area of focus?

| Most of our investments focus on the Information Technology sector, including Internet Infrastructure, Communications and Software companies.

| 3. | How many investments does Walden Israel make every year?
|
| To support the close working relationship we build with our portfolio companies we tend to make a small number of investments each year. On the average, we take on about 5-10 new commitments per year, in addition to follow-on investments in current portfolio companies.

| 4. | What about confidentiality?
|
| We consider investment ideas to be confidential and proprietary and we regard them as such. Due to the high volume of business plans we are exposed to, we are unable to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) during the initial stage of discussion. It is our belief entrepreneurs should have a high level of trust in their venture partners and we work hard to maintain our credibility in that regard.

| 5. | Does Walden Israel always take a board seat?
|
| In the vast majority of our investments we take a board seat. We believe building a close working relationship with the entrepreneurs we back is best achieved by being active on the company's Board of Directors. However, in many cases we are asked to get even more involved and follow the company's activities very closely.

| 6. | Who Are Walden Israel's investors?
|
| Most of our investors are savvy institutional investors who wish to participate in the booming Israeli high-tech market. All of them are experienced venture capital investors, deeply familiar with the life cycle of venture capital investments, focusing on long-term returns and not on corporate agendas. Our investors operate primarily in US and Europe markets. In addition, entrepreneurs and industry executives invest in our funds as individuals.
